I’m Abz Sharma, a leadership, organisational behaviour, and technology expert from Sydney, Australia.
I work as an analyst for a global IT and professional services firm. Prior to this, I was an academic at the University of Sydney, where I also completed my doctorate on the routinisation of charismatic leadership at Apple and HP.
I have research, teaching, and consulting experience in a range of areas, including: leadership; strategy; technology; organisational culture; organisational development and change; and, organisational discourse.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, programming, painting, marathon running, and swimming.
